Los Paseos Membership

Homeowners: $760 per year
Associates: $825 per year

Invoices will be mailed the first week of December to all homeowners and associates.. Payments should be received by January 16th and considered “late” after February 15th. A 10% fine is applied to all late dues. If total payment is not received by March 15th, the HOA will send homeowners to a collection agency where additional fees will be charged. Payments can be paid by check, and credit card with additional 3% convenience fee.
